It never ceases to amaze me when I talk to children how interesting they really are. I spoke to a 3rd grade class at Hastings Public School about my books, particularly about the evolution of my latest picture book, Mr Crocodile’s Cooking Class. During the question time, I was asked some really full-on but interesting questions about why I write, who inspired me and when did I start writing. As I said to the Librarian, Ms Dobson, I was so impressed…..
